Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days<\/strong> from the date your order is delivered<\/sup>. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To be eligible for a return, your decoupage sheets or vinyl furniture wraps must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase<\/sup>. Please do not send your items back to the paper or vinyl manufacturer<\/sup>; they must be returned directly to our fulfillment center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Gift Cards and Clearance Sale Items:<\/strong> Final sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Custom or Cut-to-Size Vinyl Prints:<\/strong> Custom-dimension furniture wraps or personalized decoupage orders cut specifically to your project dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Opened or Used Media:<\/strong> Decoupage papers that have been unfolded, cut, or exposed to adhesive\/water, or vinyl rolls that have had their backing paper peeled back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Digital or Downloadable Products:<\/strong> Digital design files or printable tutorials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before Shipment:<\/strong> You may cancel your order for a full, immediate refund at any time before<\/em> it has been printed, packed, or dispatched. To cancel, please contact us urgently at info@zhushitup.com<\/a><\/a><\/strong> with your order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After Dispatch:<\/strong> Once your decoupage papers or vinyl prints have been rolled, packaged, and handed over to the courier, the order can no longer be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our standard 30-day return process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are ordering from a region with statutory consumer protection laws (such as the European Union), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving your goods without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once your returned decoupage or vinyl items are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification<\/sup>. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because decoupage papers and large-format vinyl prints can occasionally experience transit mishandling (such as crushing or creasing in postal tubes), we inspect our packaging rigorously. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you received a damaged print or the wrong design, please email us immediately at info@zhushitup.com<\/a><\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can rush a replacement to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received)<\/sup>. Shipping costs are non-refundable<\/sup>. If you receive a refund, any original or return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from your refund total<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because delicate crafting papers and vinyl rolls can be easily damaged in transit if improperly packaged, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and sturdy postal tubes or rigid mailers when sending returns back to us<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
